HWY1 Contracting LTD is a utility contractor that owns and operates two vibratory plows and four static plows. The machines are capable of plowing multiple cables ranging from 1' to 6' deep. HWY1 is experienced in year round plowing, in all weather conditions and soil conditions. HWY1 has plowed in types of soil in the province, from Council, Saskatchewan to Cigar Lake, Saskatchewan they have yet to find a place they cannot get the job done.
